Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns if requested within 30 days of order shipment date. 

• Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. 
• All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
• Returned items that do not meet the above criteria may not be refunded. 
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us at contactoceanclothing@gmail.com and we will get it resolved for you. 

If your return is in its original condition with tags, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.  It can take your bank up to 7 business days to display the refund on your statement.
